How many calories do you really count?



Have you counted the calories you have eaten today?


I have no idea how many I have eaten or how many I have used up.


Is it important?


If you need to lose weight it is.


How many use low fat milk, cheese, and yogurt?


Do you cut all the fat off your meat?


Yes it all helps.


Do you have a brisk walk in the park every day?


Go to the gym frequently?


Great then why read any more?


I tend to kid myself that I do exercise and eat low fat balance meals.


Do you?


And the evidence that we are cheating on ourselves is we put on weight.


So why do we kid ourselves?


Why not do something about it now.


If you can’t be bothered with counting calories just follow a plan that will work.


Stick with it for a month and prove it to yourself.
